Ever since Yvonne Orta was ten, she dreamed of improving people’s lives. It’s why she became a physical therapist.
Nearly killed in an auto accident, her vision of helping people took a drastic turn into the supernatural when she embraced the power of meditation, yoga, and T’ai Chi along with her efforts to contact the paranormal world of the living dead. Unknown to Yvonne, her decision angered a dangerous religious zealot and placed Yvonne in his cross-hairs.
Now with the help of two mystical masters who see and speak with the dead, and a small cadre of physically or emotionally wounded friends, Yvonne must coax the Celestial Concourse of the dead to aid them, as they heal their own ills, and simultaneously fend off the attacks of that violent fanatic named Barbosa.
Initially oblivious to his threat, Yvonne is running out of time.
Will she be able to oversee their healing?
Will they realize the threat they live under?
Will Yvonne protect her friends from Barbosa?
If not, someone is going to get killed.

Mark E. Weber began writing in the late 1970’s with a science fiction novel that has had several working titles. This manuscript was shelved as Mark’s career took him into working for two religious publishers – the first in Wilmette, Illinois, where he worked as the Marketing Coordinator, and then later for another publisher, this one on Taiwan, as their General Manager.
Mark’s career has been in business management for the retail, publishing and petro-chemical industries. He has an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration. Beginning in 2013 he received a massage establishment license and owned Orchid Tea Garden, a holistic massage business which also sold exotic orchids and quality teas from around the world.
Currently he is mostly retired [except for his writing career]. He lives with his wife, Nancy, his step daughter T’ai Li and their grand-daughter Laney, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
